Meet Ryan Goodman, Principal of The Goodman Mediation Group. He is a lawyer turned mediator. Ryan brings to the table years of experience as a former partner at a prominent boutique litigation firm in Toronto. Ryan is passionate about resolving disputes in a timely and cost efficient manner. He offers his services and expertise at Roster rates for half-day mediations. Ryan mediates personal injury, long term disability, property, employment, commercial and real estate matters.

Goodman Mediation Group is now pleased to also offer family mediation services with Isabell Grzesiowski. Isabell has over 10 years years experience practicing at some of Toronto’s leading family law firms. She is adept at handling and resolving the most complicated and contentious family law disputes.

Isabell’s Rates

Family Mediation

For Intake, Screening, and Preparation of Family Mediation Agreement - $750

For Preparation for Mediation Sessions - $600

For Each ½ Day Mediation Session - $2,500

For Each Full Day Mediation Session - $3,500

For Preparation of Progress Reports - $350

For Preparation of Mediation Report - $750

HST is payable on all fees. Boardroom booking, catering and parking are extra. Catering is available upon request. For travel west of Hamilton, north of Barrie, and east of Oshawa, a travel charge of $100.00 per hour will apply.  Any travel requiring driving outside of Toronto, a kilometre charge will also be applied. 

Cancellations made within 30 days or less of the scheduled mediation date are subject to a cancellation fee of $600.00 plus disbursements and HST. If a mediation is rescheduled to a date within 60 days of the original date the above fees are waived.
